Guillaume de Latour

Mr. de Latour is a Senior Advisor at BayView International, where he focuses on expanding the firm’s real estate lending business in Europe. He is responsible for sourcing, analysing, and underwriting commercial real estate credit investments across pan-European markets. Until late 2025, Mr. de Latour was Managing Director, Real Estate Credit at AB Carval, where he spent 18 years, overseeing RE credit investments for 9 years and previously focused on value add and opportunistic real estate equity investments. Prior to joining CarVal in 2007, Mr. de Latour was with DTZ AM in Paris where he worked on real estate acquisitions and asset management in France and Italy. Fluent in French, English and Italian, Mr. de Latour graduated from Paris Dauphine University with a master’s in finance and a B.A. in Management.
