Biography

Shivanand Nimbargi is the Managing Director and CEO of Ayana Renewable Power, a prominent Indian renewable energy company. With over three decades of experience in the energy, transport, and infrastructure sectors, he assumed leadership at Ayana in 2018. His career highlights include serving as MD & CEO of L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) and founding Green Infra, a successful renewable energy venture. A Mechanical Engineering graduate with an Advanced Management Program from INSEAD, he is focused on expanding Ayana's portfolio to 10 GW by 2025, contributing significantly to India's clean energy transition. He also chairs FICCI's Renewable Energy CEO Council.
