Biography

Dan Valenzano is a Senior Partner at GREYKITE, which he co-founded in 2023. He plays a pivotal role on the Executive and Investment Committees, overseeing investment and portfolio management for GREYKITE's funds. Before this, Dan was the Managing Director and Head of European Value-Add Transactions at PATRIZIA, where he also served on the Management Committee of its global real estate business. His previous roles include Principal at TPG, where he led platform investments in European real estate, and Investment Manager at Benson Elliot Capital Management. He began his career in the Real Estate & Leisure investment banking group at UBS in London. Dan holds a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an M.Sc. in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford, where he advises the Saïd Business School on real estate matters.

The foundation of GREYKITE’s approach is the application of meticulous market research designed to identify scalable investment opportunities in high-conviction sectors.
