Pawan Agrawal
Biography
Pawan Agrawal serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Azure Power, a leading Indian solar power producer. Appointed to this role in March 2019, he oversees financial operations for Azure Power India and its subsidiaries. Previously, he held the position of Chief Investment Officer at Azure Power, where he spearheaded capital raising activities. Agrawal's extensive experience spans corporate and structured finance, financial analysis, and credit rating, with a particular focus on the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. He holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies. His professional background includes contributing to significant financial milestones, such as India's first Green Bond issuance during his tenure at YES Bank. His career also includes roles at CRISIL, Indian-Oil, and Ernst & Young.
