Russell Galbut
Biography
Russell Galbut is the Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Crescent Heights, a prominent residential real estate development firm based in Miami, US. With over 35 years of experience, he has established Crescent Heights as a "best in class" developer, active in more than 15 major U.S. markets and responsible for over 50,000 residential units. Galbut pioneered the innovative condo-hotel model, notably converting the world's largest, the Ala Moana in Hawaii. His leadership has driven numerous high-profile projects, including the recent Gale Miami Hotel & Residences and Five Park. He holds a degree from Cornell University and a J.D. from the University of Miami, and previously served as Chairman of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. He is also the founder of GFO Investments.
