Alberto Nin Garaizabal
Biography
Alberto Nin Garaizabal is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and executing investments across Southern Europe. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2016, Mr. Nin had worked at H.I.G. Capital as part of its distressed and real estate investment team in Madrid. Previously he worked for UBS Investment Bank, where he focused on M&A, equity and debt transactions across several sectors, asset classes and jurisdictions. Mr. Nin holds a business degree from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and has been a professor at the Instituto de Empresa Business School since 2016.
