Efrain Monroy

Efrain Martinez Monroy serves as the VP of Infrastructure at ETB - Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogotá. With 17 years of dedicated service at ETB, he brings extensive experience from technical and contracting areas, having previously managed Infrastructure and Convergent Services, and Project Management for the Vice Presidency of Infrastructure. He holds a Master's in Administration from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, a specialization in Project Management from the University of San Francisco, USA, and is a Certified PMP. His expertise includes spearheading the migration of customers to the fiber optic network and driving the expansion of broadband services.
