Ninad Randive serves as the Executive Chairman of Sankalpan Infrastructure Private Limited. As a co-founder of the Sankalpan Group in 1996, he has been pivotal in expanding the company's footprint from a design consultancy to a comprehensive commercial realty and infrastructure service provider. Under his leadership, the Mumbai-headquartered firm has successfully delivered over 1000 projects, encompassing more than 10 million square feet for corporate, retail, and hospitality sectors across India and the Middle East. His expertise spans architectural design, interior design, and turnkey fit-out solutions.
