Hardik Gesota
Biography
Hardik Gesota is the Head, India Private Funds at CapitaLand India, and also holds the title of Managing Director, Private Funds (India) at CapitaLand Investment. He serves as the fund manager for CapitaLand Investment's business park development funds in India, including the CapitaLand India Growth Programme and CapitaLand India Growth Fund II, and is a member of the investment committee for India logistics development programs. With over 17 years of experience in private equity real estate investments, asset management, and divestments, his expertise spans diverse asset classes such as office, logistics, residential, and retail. Prior to CapitaLand, Mr. Gesota held roles at HDFC Property Fund and JP Morgan's real estate asset management team. He holds a Masters in Management from K J Somaiya Institute of Management.
