Biography
Sandeep Chhabda is the Head of Legal, Secretarial and Compliance for Tata Realty & Infrastructure Limited and Tata Housing Development Company Ltd.. With over 17 years of experience, he specializes in Real Estate and Banking Finance Laws. His expertise encompasses deal analysis, structuring, and execution for investments, exits, and restructurings, focusing on risk mitigation. Prior to Tata Realty, he served as Group General Counsel at Xander Advisors India and Xander Finance, and held roles at Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Kotak Mahindra Bank. He holds an LLM from the National University of Singapore and read law at ILS Law College, Pune. Sandeep also serves on the Board of TATA Value Homes Limited.
