Biography
I joined Max Estates Ltd. as a founding member in 2016 and have been instrumental in taking it from a Rs 200 crore market cap to a Rs 3200 crore market cap. Some of the highlights of my professional career include turning an ailing packaging business into a profitable one and exiting it at a groundbreaking valuation, securing more than Rs 800 crore equity from New York Life Insurance Company, raising debt in excess of Rs 1500 crore from banks and financial institutions, and acquiring land for real estate development worth more than Rs 1000 crore. I am passionate about creating value for the stakeholders and delivering quality projects in the dynamic and challenging world of real estate.

Currently our portfolio consists of one residential community of luxury villas, 3 commercial office properties in NCR that brought in the concept of WorkWell to India.
