Mayank Ruia
Biography
Mayank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and International Business from Indiana University, Bloomington. He spent years working as an Investment Banking and Private Equity Investment Professional in New York and Mumbai with the likes of UBS Investment Bank and Everstone Capital. Shortly after returning to India, he discovered gaps and opportunities in the real estate market and began his development career with The Phoenix Mills Ltd. in 2011. He founded MAIA Estates in 2016. - Planned over 7.3 million sq. ft. across 9 projects - Delivered over 1.5 million sq. ft. - 1.4 million sq. ft. under construction. - Developments across Bangalore, Chennai and Pune
