Dr. Christoph Berentzen is a distinguished finance executive with extensive experience in the real estate sector. He has held significant leadership roles at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, including CFO for Central Europe, where he integrated four national operations and established a Shared Service Centre for finance functions. Earlier, as Director of Finance for URW Germany, he notably increased EBITDA through strategic acquisitions, project delivery, and organic growth. Dr. Berentzen's career also includes a tenure as CFO for Westfield LLC in the United States. He holds a PhD in Accounting from the University of Münster, Germany, and is a German Certified Tax Advisor and qualified Auditor.
