Biography
Saulo Suassuna Fernandes Filho is the CEO of Molegolar, a Brazilian pioneer in modular housing and resilient buildings. An accomplished Civil Engineer, Architect, and Urbanist, he holds specializations from Harvard, Stanford, and MIT, coupled with an MBA in Business Management. With a distinguished career spanning over 1,000,000m² constructed and urban developments totaling 20,000,000m², he has led projects across 20 countries on four continents. Under his leadership, Molegolar has earned international accolades, including being selected among the top 12 global solutions for smart and sustainable cities by France and receiving the European Awards for Best Practices 2020. His expertise focuses on developing adaptable, high-efficiency real estate solutions and reinventing the market through innovative modular technology. He also serves as Commercial Director of Suassuna Fernandes Engenharia and President of Nova Urbanismo.
