With over 20 years of experience, she advises clients on strategies for expansion, disposition, and efficiency across Latin America, the Caribbean, and the US. Carolina leads strategic assignments for hotel chains, cruise lines, and theme parks, focusing on growth strategies, optimization, and new concepts. Her expertise encompasses portfolio valuations, feasibility studies, and operator selection for hotel investors. She earned her BS in Hospitality Management and Economics from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.
