Federico Lalatta Costerbosa

Federico has 25+ year of experience in Hospitality, Travel & Leisure, as executive, advisor and investor. He is Board member of Lungarno Collection and Sandoz Foundation Hotels, two luxury boutique hotel chains, and advises private equity on transactions and transformation programs of hospitality companies across Europe. From 2013 to 2018 he has been EVP, Global Strategy and member of the Executive Committee of IHG. His responsibilities included shaping the overall group strategy and overseeing its execution, pursuing global business development opportunities, reviewing all capital investments, and enhancing IHG’s proposition to hotel owners.
