With over 37 years of experience in the financial sector, including 31 years at BNB and nine years in his current role, he is recognized for his transformative leadership and innovative vision. Bedoya is a key driver of BNB's digital transformation and a promoter of corporate social responsibility. He has been honored as "Líder Empresarial Innovador" by Grupo Nueva Economía and will receive the "Financer of the Year" award from Latin Trade, a first for a Bolivian. He also serves on the board of the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz.
