Biography

Jon Chalkley is Realterm's Head of Europe & UK Investments, spearheading acquisition opportunities for the European platform. Based in Amsterdam, he specializes in high flow through (HFT) logistics real estate. Mr. Chalkley previously led West Coast investments for Realterm in the U.S., supporting national fund and asset management. His experience includes investment sales at Cushman & Wakefield, where he led financial analysis. He holds a BBA in Economics from the University of Georgia and an MS in Finance from Villanova University.
