Biography

Ivars Grinbergs is the Country Manager & Senior Director at Greystar Chile, responsible for the overall management of the business, including new acquisitions, capital raising, portfolio management, and investor relations. He previously served as Director of Investments for Greystar in Chile. Before joining Greystar, Mr. Grinbergs was General Manager for Grupo Patio's USA division, a real estate investment and development group. He holds an industrial engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
