Paolo Silva
Biography
Paolo Silva serves as the Head of Business Development at DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A. He joined the company in 2012 as a financial analyst, progressing to lead the Business Development division in 2018. Under his leadership, the team has overseen the structuring and execution of real estate acquisitions and fund takeovers, totaling approximately €4.7 billion AuM across 30 new real estate investment vehicles. He holds a degree in Construction Engineering and Architecture from Pavia University and a master's in real estate finance from SDA Bocconi – MIP Politecnico di Milano.
