Jesus Lanza
Biography
Before founding Lottus, Jesus worked at Cerberus Capital, one of the world's leading private investment firms, which manages over US$30 billion in assets. He was a member of the Special Situations Group in London, focusing on the Southern European market. At Cerberus, Jesus analyzed, negotiated and executed investment opportunities in a variety of industries, including spin-offs, buyouts, non-controlling acquisitions, new money situations and structured credit opportunities. Previously, Jesus spent two years with Goldman Sachs where he was a member of the Latin American Investment Banking Division, working in Mergers & Acquisitions, and Debt transactions, where he focused on the Retail, Industrials and elecommunication sectors.
