Biography
Pat Gunne is the Chief Executive of 3RE Capital Ventures, a company he founded in 2020. He is a highly regarded real estate investor, known for co-founding Green REIT plc in 2013, Ireland's first real estate investment trust, which was successfully sold to Henderson Park in 2019 for an enterprise value of €1.6 billion. Before establishing Green REIT, Pat served as Managing Director of Green Property, where he spearheaded a multibillion real estate workout business. His extensive experience also includes a tenure as European Board Director of CBRE. Under his leadership at 3RE, the company formed a joint venture with Aermont in 2023, aiming to invest approximately £700 million in the London office market with a focus on "brown to green" opportunities.
