Biography
Vinit Prabhugaonkar is a Managing Partner at WSB Partners India, an alternative investment platform, leveraging over 23 years of extensive real estate experience. Having been associated with WSB (formerly Walton Street India) for over 15 years, he is instrumental in managing key developer and stakeholder relationships, overseeing acquisitions, and portfolio asset management. Prabhugaonkar was a co-founder of Walton Street Capital's India debt business. His professional background includes senior roles at ITC's real estate and hospitality division and Shapoorji Pallonji. He holds an MBA (International Business) and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai. His expertise is vital to WSB's strategic investments, including its recent ₹1,200 crore warehousing expansion.
