Gustavo Magalhães is a Partner at Madrona Fialho Advogados, specializing in regulatory law and complex infrastructure projects. He advises private companies on concession contracts, public-private partnerships (PPPs), bidding processes, and public service regulation. Mr. Magalhães is a national reference in concessions and PPPs for sanitation, street lighting, education, and health sectors. His experience includes a decade as Prosecutor of the City of Belo Horizonte. He holds a Doctorate and Master's in Administrative Law from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
