Biography
Vinicius Nonino serves as the Director of Strategy and New Businesses at Fibria. Bringing over two decades of experience across chemical, management consulting, and forestry industries, he has been a key contributor at Fibria since 2007. Notably, he played a leading role in the integration of VCP and Aracruz, an initiative that established the world's largest pulp player and generated over USD 2 billion in synergies. Mr. Nonino holds a BA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an MBA from New York University, underscoring his strong academic and professional foundation.

Fibria
Fibria Celulose S.A. was a Brazilian pulp and paper company formed in 2009 from the merger of Aracruz Celulose and Votorantim Celulose e Papel. It was a global leader in producing bleached eucalyptus kraft pulp, used in tissue, printing, writing paper, and packaging. Fibria exported to over 35 countries. In January 2019, it merged with Suzano Papel e Celulose to form Suzano S.A., becoming the world's largest eucalyptus pulp producer.
