Carlos Lima

Carlos Henrique da Cruz Lima is the President of Grupo Águas do Brasil, a company he joined in 1995. An accomplished engineer, he also holds the position of President at ABCON (Associação Brasileira das Concessionárias Privadas de Serviços Públicos de Água e Esgoto), a role he assumed in 2019 and previously held in 2007. He was instrumental in the approval of Brazil's sanitation law (Law 11445/2007) and continues to champion the expansion of private sector involvement in the sanitation industry. His leadership and expertise have significantly contributed to the development of Brazil's water and wastewater infrastructure.
