- Partner and Head of Real Estate & Lodging at AZ Capital
- Former Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investment Banking (2007-2023)
- Since joining AZ Capital in 2024, I have successfully advised on several corporate and asset ransactions (both acquisitions and divestitures) worth €2.0 Bn + as debt advisor on RE refinancings for €1.3 Bn
- High flexibility on size of advised transactions with recent mandates ranging from c.EUR 100 MM to 1.3 Bn. Same approach on debt advisory with current mandates ranging from EUR 60 to 500+ MM
- Unmatched transactional experience and network in the Iberian market and other jurisdictions (advised on transactions worth c.EUR 100 Bn at Morgan Stanley)
- Looking to continue serving institutional parties of all types and nationalities to achieve their investment, divestment and refinancing targets
- AZ Capital was founded in 2003 by former Morgan Stanley bankers and holds largest M&A and Debt Advisory team in Spain
