Joachim Azan
Biography
Joachim Azan serves as Managing Director at Novaxia, a company he founded in 2006. He is a pioneer in urban recycling, establishing Novaxia with the innovative vision of transforming obsolete urban assets and industrial sites into new living and working spaces. Under his leadership, Novaxia became the first real estate group in 2020 to adopt the 'entreprise à mission' status. Azan holds a degree in accounting expertise, a DEA in Finance from Paris-Dauphine, and a DES in Wealth Management. His background includes experience in audit and investment banking. In February 2024, he was appointed President of the ORIE (Observatoire Régional de l'Immobilier d'Entreprise en Île-de-France).

Novaxia
Novaxia allie financement et développement grâce à la complémentarité de ses filiales: Novaxia Investissement, qui lève des fonds auprès d'investisseurs institutionnels et particuliers, et Novaxia Développement qui pilote le recyclage d'actifs tertiaires obsolètes. Le groupe compte à son actif plus de 50 réalisations et pilote un portefeuille de 47 actifs immobiliers de rendement et 82 projets immobiliers représentant 19 000 lots résidentiels en cours de développement dont 6 500 lots étudiants.
