Biography
Peter R. Wilhelm is founder and CEO of Belgian mixed-use developer WILHELM & Co Group bringing more than 30 years of executive experience. Since its inception in 1988, the Wilhelm & Co Group has established itself as a significant player in the European retail property market with more than 1,500,000 sqm completed and under development. As an integrated operator, the group realizes large tailor-made mixed-use projects with a focus on retail and the redevelopment of city centres. Through its subsidiaries GESMALL (mall management) the Group leases and manages the real estate assets in its portfolio, as well as on behalf of third parties.
