Francis Fares
Biography
Francis Fares is the President of Fares Real Estate Inc., a Halifax-based leader in real estate development and construction. He founded Fares & Co. Developments in 1996 and Atlantis Realty Limited in 1995. With a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Fares has over 20 years of experience in developing and managing high-end real estate projects, with projects totaling over $400 million. He is notably recognized for leading the King's Wharf project, a significant mixed-use development on the Dartmouth waterfront. Fares also serves on the Board of Directors for the Halifax Chamber of Commerce.
