Fergal Harris
Biography
Fergal G Harris is a Managing Director in Affinius Capital's Global Investors Group, leading capital raising in Australia and New Zealand and having launched the firm's Sydney office. He brings nearly three decades of expertise in real estate finance, bank client coverage, credit/equity advisory, and institutional fundraising. Prior to Affinius Capital, Fergal served as Managing Director of Institutional Capital at HMC Capital and held significant roles at JLL, including head of capital markets for Australia and New Zealand and head of APAC debt capital. His career also includes senior real estate banking positions at Standard Chartered Bank and First Abu Dhabi Bank. He holds a BA in Economics and Sociology from the National University of Ireland.
