Carlos Lecueder Atchugarray

Carlos Lecueder Alberto Atchugarry is the esteemed Director of Estudio Luis E. Lecueder, a prominent Uruguayan firm specializing in real estate development and administration. A Certified Public Accountant, he has significantly shaped Uruguay's commercial landscape, notably leading the development of Montevideo Shopping, the first shopping center in the Río de la Plata region. His leadership also extends to the World Trade Center Montevideo complex and numerous other shopping centers across the country. He holds several International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) professional titles and received the "Distinguished Service Award" for his impact on Latin American shopping center development. His projects have contributed over one million square meters of construction and created more than 15,000 jobs.
