Josephine Allen

A Chartered Surveyor, Jo has 30 years of UK RE experience. Jo is CEO of Frogmore having joined the firm in 1994. She has been involved in the asset management and development activity for the majority of Frogmore’s transactions over the past 24 years. Jo started her career with Richard Ellis where she specialised in asset management; landlord and tenant matters; negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals, before moving to the industrial and office leasing teams Keen to promote diversity within the RE industry, Jo works actively with Pathways to Property, and supports RE Balance. Jo sits on the Fundraising Committee of Land-Aid, a charity that harnesses the property industry’s expertise to support projects working to end youth homelessness
