Biography
Allen Chilten is the Global Head of Real Estate Capital Formation at Schroders, appointed in March 2024. He leads capital raising efforts for real estate funds and advises clients on investment solutions, expanding Schroders' direct real estate relationships globally. Previously, he was Head of Funds (Capital Markets) at Patrizia AG, overseeing client solutions across real estate and infrastructure. His prior experience includes roles at Rockspring Property Investment Managers and Credit Suisse. Chilten holds an MBA.
