Biography

Paul Bauwens-Adenauer is a Managing Partner (Geschäftsführer) at Bauwens Real Estate Group, a role he has held since 1986. An architect by training (Dipl.-Ing., 1978), he transformed Bauwens into a comprehensive real estate project provider. He brings extensive expertise in financial and real estate sectors, including in the US. He also notably served as President of the Cologne Chamber of Industry and Commerce from 2005 to 2015.
