Amit Mathur
Biography
Amit Mathur is the Managing Director and Head of Real Estate, India, at GIC (Government of Singapore Investment Corporation), a role he assumed in June 2022 and June 2021 respectively. Based in Mumbai, he brings extensive experience in the real estate industry. Prior to his current leadership role, he held positions as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Investment Management, Asia, at GIC Real Estate, having joined in March 2010. His career also includes key roles at Kotak Investment Advisors, Ascendas India, K Raheja Corp, and Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and an MBA. He also serves on the board of various real estate entities.
