Prakash Kalothia

Prakash Kalothia is the Managing Director and CEO of LAPIS India Capital Advisors Private Limited, an investment advisory firm specializing in Indian real estate and public equity. With 22 years of experience in real estate and investment management in India, he has been associated with Lapis/SUN-Apollo since 2006. Previously, he held positions at SUN Group, Lendlease, and Larsen and Toubro. Kalothia holds a civil engineering degree with a Gold Medal from NIT and an MBA from ISB. He is also a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
