Nicholas Chadwick
Biography
Nicholas Chadwick is a Managing Director and Head of Asset Management, Europe, at Starwood Capital Group, based in London. In this role, he oversees the investment strategy for the firm's diverse European equity investments. Previously, Mr. Chadwick led the asset management of Starwood Capital's European hotel portfolio, focusing on operational turnaround, redevelopment, and disposition. He also worked in Starwood's European acquisition team on over $1bn of hotel acquisitions. Prior to joining Starwood Capital, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young in their real estate audit department. Mr. Chadwick holds a BSc in Economics from the University of York and is a former President of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association European Chapter.
