Jonathan Pearce is the Executive VP, Leasing, Development, Office & Industrial at Ivanhoé Cambridge. He is responsible for guiding leasing and development activities across the company's North American portfolio, encompassing over 120 million square feet of office and industrial properties. With over 30 years of extensive experience in office and industrial leasing and corporate investment assets, Pearce is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a BSc (Hons) in Urban Land Economics.
