Don Taylor
Biography
Don Taylor is the Director, Office and Global Head of Swire Properties' Office Portfolio. Based in HK, he leads the leasing, management, design, and development of the company's extensive office properties across Asia and its US strategy in Miami. A Chartered Surveyor, he joined Swire Properties in 1991, gaining diverse experience in development, valuations, retail, residential, and offices. He oversees major projects like the Taikoo Place Redevelopment and flagship developments in mainland China. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors.
