Jean-Marc Coly

Jean-Marc Coly was the President of ASPIM (Association Française des Sociétés de Placement Immobilier) from September 2020 until June 2024. During his leadership, he spearheaded initiatives to enhance data management, highlight the economic impact of real estate funds, and guide the sector through regulatory changes, European expansion, and the ecological transition, including the ISR real estate label. Coly's extensive background includes leadership roles as CEO of Amundi Immobilier, Alta Reim, and La Française REM, commencing his career as a notary in 1982. He also serves as a Senior Advisor at Groupe Panhard and a strategic advisor for Epopée Gestion.
