Nigel Webb

Nigel Webb was Head of Development at British Land from 2003 until June 2023, having joined the company in 1992. During his extensive tenure, he spearheaded numerous iconic London developments including The Leadenhall Building, The Willis Building, and the Broadgate campus. He oversaw British Land's development activities across various sectors throughout the UK and Ireland. Webb now serves as a Non-Executive Director for Precede Capital Partners and Barratt Developments PLC, bringing over three decades of property investment and development expertise.
