Palmer Letzerich
Biography
Mr. Letzerich is Senior Managing Director and serves as country head for development, acquisitions and property management activities for all asset classes for Hines in Mexico and as the head of industrial development operations in the Southwest United States. In his tenure with Hines, he has been involved with all phases of development and operations of projects in Mexico and Panama as well as Texas, Colorado and Arizona. With a total developed and managed portfolio over 40 million square feet representing invested capital in excess of US$3 billion, Palmer has developed, acquired and managed office projects and industrial parks, in addition to vertical mixed-use projects, horizontal housing developments and retail centers.
