Stonington Cox is the Founder & CEO of Nomos Group, a US-based capital raising and merchant banking firm focused on innovative real estate investment opportunities, particularly within the co-living sector. In this role, he oversees firm strategy and investment, with a broad objective to "Connect Capital to Coliving". His distinguished career includes leadership positions as a Director at Cadre, Interim Head of Real Estate at OpenDoor Coliving, Partner at Accord Group Holdings, and a Principal at Macquarie Group, where he structured and raised significant real estate private equity vehicles across Asia. Mr. Cox holds a B.S. from Georgetown University, an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from Columbia Business School, and a Master's degree in Finance from INSEAD. He is recognized for his extensive expertise in real estate investment and private equity.
