Andrew Allen
Biography
Andrew Allen served as Global CIO at Savills Investment Management, a UK subsidiary, bringing extensive expertise in real estate investment research and strategy. He previously held roles including Global Head of Research, Product Strategy and Development, and Head of Research & Strategy at Cordea Savills (now Savills IM). Before rejoining Savills IM, he was Global Head of Real Estate Investment Research at Aberdeen Standard Investments. Allen's career spans approximately 30 years in real estate. He departed Savills IM in January 2025.
