Simon Scott
Biography
Simon Scott is a Managing Director and Head of Equities at Moelis Australia. Simon began his career in Equities 20 years ago, and has held positions as an Executive Director and Head of Real Estate Research at Goldman Sachs JB Were and a Director and Co-Head of Real Estate Research at Citigroup. Prior to Moelis & Company Australia, Simon operated his own company where he provided advisory services to real estate companies and co-founded CorVal Partners, a boutique real estate funds management business. Simon Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland and a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
