Biography
Hermann Montenegro serves as CEO, AXA Real Estate Iberia at AXA IM Real Assets. Joining the firm in 2006, he brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry. He has successfully led the Spanish business for over a decade, expanding its presence into healthcare, residential, and student accommodation sectors, and overseeing numerous large-scale development projects. His leadership responsibilities also encompassed Italy and Portugal as Country Team Head.
