Chetan R. Shah serves as the Vice Chairman of Marathon Realty Pvt Ltd. He earned his B. Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Bombay and an M.S. in Structural Engineering from the University of Houston, USA. With 30 years of industry experience, Mr. Shah is instrumental in the planning, operations, quality assurance, and execution of large real estate projects. He integrates traditional concepts with advanced technology, contributing to well-constructed environments. His professional endeavors are complemented by his involvement in social initiatives, including serving as President of the Lion's Club.
