Biography

Philippe finances commercial real estate mainly in France and Germany for institutional investors, focusing on core and core+ assets. He joined BayernLB in 2010 after a short stint at ING. Previously, he worked in various property finance roles at Citigroup and Hypo Real Estate in London and Paris. Philippe entered the financial sector after graduating with an MSc in real estate development at MIT. Prior, he advised public and private property developers in Belgium and in the US as a landscape architect.
