Manfredi Catella

Manfredi Catella is the Founder & CEO of Coima SGR, a leading Italian real estate investment management company. He established Coima SGR with Hines in 2007, assuming full control in 2015. With over 25 years of extensive experience in investment management and real estate, he previously led Hines' Italian operations. His notable achievements include spearheading the Porta Nuova urban regeneration project in Milan, recognized as one of Europe's largest sustainable mixed-use developments, which achieved dual LEED and WELL community certifications. Mr. Catella holds degrees in Economics and Regional Planning and Real Estate. Under his leadership, Coima SGR manages 33 real estate investment funds with over €10 billion in stabilized investments, emphasizing sustainable urban development. He also chairs the Riccardo Catella Foundation.
